Income Equality–Tax Consumers Need More Money

Do not think about, write about or deal with  human behavior without determining the effects of incentives.

The liberals war against “income inequality” is currently in high hysteria. We are constantly reminded of the gross unfairness inherent in capitalism. The consequence of this war will be higher taxes and more government employees. The War on Poverty had the same outcome. This war on poverty was won by government employees in the same way that the “War on Income Inequality” will be won by government employees. The War on Poverty has cost many times more than all the wars fought by the U.S. As money continues to be transferred from producers to those who had the fortune or misfortune to be born lazy, the burden on tax producers will continue to increase.

I often wonder if the Crusaders Against Poverty know many poor people. If they did, they would know that most poverty is caused by the attributes of the Blessed Unfortunates.

The same relentless campaign led to to the “Mortgage Crisis” and the loosening of mortgage requirements led the bursting of the housing bubble.

You may have heard recently that the richest 85 people in the world have more wealth than the bottom 3.5 billion. Tim began by pointing out that his 2 year old also has more wealth than the bottom 2 billion since his 2-year old has no debt.
